Norovirus is extremely infectious and causes severe vomiting and diarrhoea. Norovirus can occur throughout the year, however, infection rates increase substantially between October and March. It is for this reason that the virus has become known as the ‘winter vomiting bug’.
Spirigel Complete is fully virucidal, this means it is effective against enveloped and non enveloped viruses, according to European Normative test EN 14476. Spirigel Complete also has proven efficacy against the murine Norovirus according to EN 14476 at a contact time of 15 seconds.
