The kit brings together an absorbent pad, personal protective equipment, a disinfectant wipe and a disposal bag in a single sealed pack, and is intended for one-time use followed by clinical waste disposal. Use involves placing the pad to absorb the spill, using the supplied wipe to disinfect the surface, and then enclosing the soiled pad, used PPE and wipe in the waste bag. An instruction card visible from outside the pack guides the step-by-step procedure. Not suitable for chemical spills.
