The dressing is a thin polyurethane film supplied with a removable white paper application frame and a protective peel-off foil; the frame supports accurate placement and allows repositioning while it remains in place. Application requires clean, thoroughly dry skin and the film must not be stretched during smoothing. The transparent construction supports visual inspection of the covered area without removal, and the adhesive design is intended to allow removal with minimal pain and without skin stripping, according to the manufacturer instructions.
