In order for Farla Medical to gain remote access to your computer, you are required to the download TeamViewer remote access application. You will be asked the question ‘Would you like to save this file?’ Please choose ‘Save File’ button. After this has been downloaded please run the ‘executable’ and follow its instructions.

The Teamviewer application will display ‘Your ID’ and ‘Password’ which should be given to our support team analyst who will be able to access your computer.
